Addason Jay is 4!

So my little boy is 4, I know cant believe it either! He has been asking me the last few months if he is 4 yet. I told him no, but soon. We decided to start a new tradition for birthdays of taking the birthday boy/girl out for breakfast. I remember going out to dinner when I was a kid with mom and dad to a Mexican restaurant in Show Low, AZ and it was so good. Also it was a great memory. Here are some highlights of his day!

I wanted to get a few pics before we went to breakfast. He posed on the swing for me.
He never missed a chance to get Jason back for licking him, I loved that he did it in this picture. I didn't even know he was doing it. So great!

He wanted Pizza for dinner, so we did mini English muffin pizza's. They were super yummy and fast.

I asked what kind of cake he wanted and he said blueberry, then the next day he said root beer cake. So I got him this blue cupcake and we also had root beer floats.

Super cute candles from the 1$ store.

Making a wish.. He didn't know what that was, so he just blew out the candles.

Had to get a pic of that REALLY blue frosting. I didn't let him eat to much of if, cause I have no idea how they got it so blue. He just ate the cake part. His teeth were blue for hours!
He wanted a remote control helicopter and we couldnt find one so he got a car. He also got his dart guns which he loves (thanks Aunt Kim and Grandma!) with extra darts. He keeps shooting the windows and the ceiling fan to see if he can hit it while its spinning. He is a really good shot. Boys are so fun!

Halloween Happenings!

So we had a great Halloween. This picture is totally blurry and I am bummed because it looked so cool from outside. Jason had the neat idea of turning the window into a pumpkin. It worked great because of the orange curtains curtsy of my sisters. It was so neat, we got alot of compliments. You could even see our pumpkin from main street. It totally glowed. We will definitely make that a Halloween tradition for sure!

One of these things is not like the other....Addi loves toy story so it made a great picture. I think other people thought the same thing because these guys were stolen off main street. The city does a scarecrow contest on main street and anyone can enter a "scarecrow", these guys were one of the winners.

Aleah scared some kids during the downtown trick or treating. I do have to say she looks nothing like she normally does. Shes got bugs crawling in her hair. It was pretty freaky!

Mickey hugging Casper?

Jason's mom and sister Kim came and spent the weekend with us. It was great, Kim dressed up as a witch. The big kids went off on their own and we took the 2 little ones to the trick or treating on main st. It was a really nice day, it got hot. I hope they can come again next year, we had a blast!
